I learned my lesson in buying flipped homes. We thought we would have luck because the first home we bought was flipped and it was a very pleasant experience. That however, was not the case with the home we bought from Hart Realty Partners Inc.

Over several years we have had flooding in our bathroom, garage and laundry room, due to poor plumbing. Lots of our plumbing and electrical have not been up to code and required repairs. Our stairs broke and we had to have the entire staircase completely redone due to to the stairs not actually having a foundation. The carpenter literally said it was only a matter of time before someone in my family went through the floor.

All in all we have paid over 50k in repairs and damages and we're honestly not finished. The only benefit is I now have reliable plumbers, electricians and restorations at my beck and call. If I could give a zero star, I would.
