This Privacy Policy explains how Hart Realty Partners, a team of Greg Hart and Jacquee Hart, REALTORS® with 1 Look Real Estate (“we,” “us”), collects and uses information through hartrealty.partners (the “Site”).

Information we collect

Information you give us. When you fill out a form on the Site (to download a guide, register for updates or request a consultation), we collect what you enter: your name, email address and, if you provide them, your phone number, what you are interested in, your timeline and any message.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, the Site and the services it uses collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and the site that referred you. This is collected through cookies and similar technologies.

How we use your information

• To respond to your request, send the guide you asked for, and contact you about buying, selling or relocating.
• To send our North Metro Atlanta newsletter. Submitting a form on the Site adds you to our email list; you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To understand how the Site is used and improve it.
• To protect the Site from spam and abuse.

We do not send marketing text messages to people based on a website form submission.

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the Site and our business, and only for those purposes:

• Squarespace hosts the Site.
• Zapier passes form submissions to our email and contact tools.
• Mailchimp stores our contact list and sends our newsletter.
• Google (Gmail/Google Workspace) is used to email you; Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager measure Site traffic.
• YouTube plays videos embedded on the Site.

We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or to our brokerage, 1 Look Real Estate, as required for our real estate practice.

Cookies and analytics

The Site uses cookies from Squarespace and Google Analytics, and embedded YouTube videos may set their own cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. To opt out of Google Analytics, you can use Google’s opt-out browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

Your choices

• Email: use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email we send, or contact us.
• Access, correction or deletion: email us and we will update or delete your information, unless we must keep it for legal or recordkeeping reasons.

Third-party websites

The Site links to other websites, including our home search and home value pages at greghart.1look.com, YouTube, Google and Zillow. Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmitting or storing data is completely secure.

Children

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. The effective date above shows when it last changed.
